Psalm 30

³ You brought me up from the grave, O Lord.

I wonder at the many times I’ve felt the weight of my sin and contemplated how it has nearly destroyed my soul that I would utterly despair.  But the God of my salvation who is wise enough to use the death of His Son to bring about victory in my life caused me to live again with purpose and fruitfulness.

God has given to all men a reason to rejoice in Him and be glad.  What was once lost to sin and became a mystery is now discoverable through the work of Christ. God is able to sustain each person to where they desire no other.  Let my desire be to thank you and live in gratefulness to your kindness. Let your word sustain me and fill up my days.
