Job 7

Chapter 7

Job’s complaints become more pitiful and take their direction towards God. It is clear that Job is upset with God of how he’s been treated. Job complains that life is short and full of misery (7:3,6). Job will make no steps towards a better attitude, he wants answers or death (7:11,15). Job’s complaints are now directed to God Himself, life is short, human life is vain, why does God bother with men, with Job(7:17-21)? Job’s complaining questioning God’s actions. Why? why? why? No doubt many a Christian could identify here with Job. God does make an appearance, but till after much more dialogue and more complaining.
